Total Prize 1,000,000 JPY “Muv-Luv” Cosplay Contest is here! Win the chance to become 2021 Official “Muv-Luv” Cosplayer!

About the Contest

To celebrate 15years of “MUV-LUV ALTERNATIVE” in 2021, to expand “MUV-LUV” to more fans, we are staring “MUV-LUV” Cosplayer Contest!
The winner will be appointed as “MUV-LUV Official Cosplayer”

■Term (JST/UTC+9)
Application term: Sat. Oct. 24th @22:00 to Thu. Dec.10th @24:00
Voting term: Fri. Dec. 11th @12:00 to Fri. Dec 25th @24:00
Winner Announcement: To be announced at the “MUV-LUV” official event in the end of December 2020.
*Please note that the super hearts sent during the voting term will only be counted.

*For those who earn a lot of vote, we will confirm the schedule to become an official cosplayer beforehand. If your schedule is difficult, please note that we maybe not able to select you as a winner/ your application will not be valid.

*aNCHOR inc. will have the right to use Cosplayer’s name, cosplay photos for the purpose to promote the contest and events.
*If we do not hear back from the deadline, please understand that your prize will be possibly cancelled.
*We do not contact to those who does not win the prize.
*We will use prize winner’s personal information to deliver/contact for the prize/contest related purpose.
*Winner’s personal information will also be shared with aNCHOR inc. as aNCHOR inc. will be contacting the winner to deliver the prize.

■Contest Score&Ranking
Score will be based on the number of Hearts and Super Hearts sent to the photo applied.
Super Heart will have higher score than normal Hearts.
Final contest score will be decided by Hearts & Super Hearts sent during the voting ter, plus judge’s score.

*Hearts/Super Hearts sent before the voting term will not be counted

*If the scores of some cosplayers are the exactly same, ranking before adding judge’s score will be decided as following steps:

1) Cosplayer with more super hearts will be higher
2) If the number of Super hearts is the same, cosplayer with more hearts received at the end of the contest will be higher
3) If the number of Hearts is the same, cosplayer with more followers at the end of the contest will be higher
4) If they have the same follower number, cosplayer who applied earlier will be higher rank.

■Who can Apply/Conditions
・Cosplayer who registered on WorldCosplay
・We accept application from any countries (*we can only contact in English or Japanese)
・Only those who agree to all the terms on this page and those who can participate in the way we designated.
・Parent’s official approval is necessary for those under the age of 20. By applying for the contest we regard that the applicant have got an approval from the parents.
*In case we find out applicant does not meet those conditions, we have right to remove the applicant from the contest. *In case we find out applicant does not meet those conditions, we have right to remove the applicant from the contest.

■IMPORTANT NOTICE
・Cosplayer can apply as many photo as they want, however we only count the vote by photo, not by cosplayer/account. We do not sum up the total score of your photos.
・We do not giveaway participation prize to those participant who does not actually upload “MUV-LUV” related cosplay.
・Giving away goods or something valuable to make your fans to send Super hearts is prohibited.
・If the participant is not following the terms & conditions of WorldCosplay, is cheating, or is doing something we regard as not appropriate, we have right to make the applicant void and re-count the contest score.
・Applicants must agree that the prize winner’s all or part of the cosplay photos, cosplayer name, will be used and reprinted for WorldCosplay’s official blog, social media, and other events/media that we regard as appropriate.
・In case that we receive the complaints for the cosplay photo applied for the contest and it cause us damages, we have right to ask for the Compensation for the damage to the applicant. (In case we have nothing to cause the damage)
・We use the information collected, just for contacting the participants about the contest.Please also refer to our privacy policy.
・All the hearts/super hearts voted before/after the voting terms will not be counted as score. ・All the hearts/super hearts voted before/after the voting terms will not be counted as score.
・Participants who does not meet all of the conditions may have a chance to be removed from the contest or prize will be cancelled.
・Unless otherwise approved by us, contest term will not be extended. (even in the case of server down)
・In case we regard the photo applied as inappropriate, we have right to make it void.
・In case we find cheating after the contest, we may have right to re-calculate the score.
・In case of winner’s decline or cancel, we might move up the ranking.
・Any right you earn from participating in the contest cannot be handed over to someone else/any third parties, or sold.

・Cosplayer will participate to the contest at their own risk and responsibility.
・We do not take any responsibilities for any dispute/trouble aroused between the participant and the third person/party caused by any reasons.
・In case we regard the system maintenance is necessary, we may have maintenance without any prior notice.
・We do not take any responsibility for the damage that participants may caused by the contest including but not limited to the cancellation of the contest.
・We do not take any responsibility for the situation that the website does not work as it’s supposed to be due to the server traffic etc.
・Under the situation of disaster or accident thet we cannot avoid, which cause us not to be able to deliver the prize, we may have the right to change/ cancel/ compensate the prize. Please note that even t in case it happens, we do not refund or return points or digital contents purchased for the content.
